Arcade Fire have recently released their new album ‘Suburbs’ and to co-inside with this they have teamed up with American Express to deliver a live stream to their concert in Madison square garden. American Express are employing a tactic similar to that of O2 network in the UK. Sign-up to American Express and you get priority tickets to a load of gigs. The American Express brand has always been one associated with the older , more exclusive crowd, but this partnership has obviously been deployed to lure in a younger consumer. What better way to this than with one of the most dynamic ‘youth’ bands in the world.

The gig will also be directed by Terry Gilliam

Below is a pretty emotive teaser for the gig tonight:

The gig is being stream live at 3am GMT via their VEVO and YouTube Channel
